About the Gospel Friends
Gospel Friends Quartet is a group of friends who share a love of southern gospel music and a love for the Lord. They have traveled and shared their ministry throughout northeast Ohio and have made many new friends in Christ along the way.
It saddens us very much to announce the sudden passing of our dear friend and long time group member, Jim Rudesill. Jim had a true love for our Lord and for southern gospel music. Jim was well known for his singing of The Lighthouse and it's comforting to know that the "Lighthouse" guided Jim home! We will miss him!
Brad and Debbie Ashburn, Crystal Skelton, and long-time friend, Chip Barker currently make up the Gospel Friends Quartet. When asked, Chip was gracious enough to step in and help us through this time of struggle and re-direction. God has a plan for us!
Gospel Friends, once known as the Circle of Friends Quartet, formed back in 2002. Although some of the members have changed over the years, founding members Brad & Debbie still remain.
A major accomplishment of the Gospel Friends was the founding of the "Gospel Trail...Singin' on the Grounds." It was first established back in 2003 and continues to be alive and well today.
The Gospel Friends pray that through their music many will be uplifted, encouraged and find the joy and peace that faith brings.
